This is a small patch addressing an issue with ads not displaying properly. While ads were enabled previously and I didn’t think it was necessary to add it as a patch note, they weren’t functioning as intended.

Patch Notes:

• Jetpack Ads Enabled – Ads are now properly running, helping generate passive income to support PGN. This revenue goes directly into producing quality content and keeping the site online.

• User-Friendly Ads – Ads are placed in a way that avoids being intrusive. I understand how frustrating aggressive ads can be (I use an ad blocker myself), so I’ve kept them as minimal and unobtrusive as possible. Ads also follow a cookie tracker based on content you’ve seen before, meaning they’re tailored to your preferences instead of being random or irrelevant.

• Anti–Ad Blocker – To ensure the site can sustain itself, an anti–ad blocker has been added. Please consider browsing without an ad blocker here, as ads are what keep PGN Arcade alive. Without them, the future of the site would be at risk.

• Updated our Piracy Policy – last updated on 20th August 2025

• Updated footer to version: 0.9.1
