Top 5 Scariest Games Cornish Played

Over my life time i come across many horror games i think i covered and played all so far from the rarest to the most messed up so this is my top 5 scares games i played in my life

5. The Decay Series

So, back in the Xbox 360 indy games were a point and click game called Decay
There was 2 in the series. One, you wake up after hanging yourself with no family or anyone
throughout the chapters, you find out that a serial killer who killed your family won’t let them g,o even in death. the thing with this is, there were some very traumatising scares even with that doll
But when Decay The Mare came out, my god, there were things that really scared me a lot. But with this story you are Sam is an addict who is in an institution named “Reaching Dreams”, hoping to kick his drug problem and sort out his miserable life, but every time you sleep, you uncover the dark mysteries in this institute.

4. Dungeon Nightmare series
So I came across the first one ages ago, when Game Jolt was good was such a very scary game, but then came the 2nd one, and i just couldn’t play it with the game messaging with me and out of nowhere the 3rd one that seriously gave me PTSD.
So the game you are in a random maze fins the key, and get out of there. The fact its brings a lot of scary sounds, and while things are quie,t the game finds a way to scare you. You’re either getting chased or just it wanting to mess with you. Very good game, wished K-monkey finished the 3rd one

3. The White Day Series

So this game has history. Back in 2001 This game made in korea was getting made, but this was cancelled. There was someone who had a copy and finished the game.   In 2015, the remake came out, and Im not kidding this game really brought fear and true scares to the game!

Basic story, you go into the school to deliver a gift to love choice but get locked in the school. The game has many ghosts in the school and stories of their deaths. If you read the ghost stories and follow the ghost story to that location, you will see the ghosts. This game broke me when I was young, and the remake was so terrifying. White Day was hailed by many as the scariest game of all time. Even today, you’ll hear fans say the same thing. Then came the Vr one. Originally, this game at the time was only playable in one VR Theme Park (VR Arcade centre). Then later was later released for Steam.I have it. I don’t have a VR anymore, and yeah, I don’t have the balls to do it.
Then came the 2nd white day, which is ok and if you can avoid some of the bugs its a great game.
But still, the scares and the ptsd I had coming to me were insane. serious worthey for your horror collection

2. Project zero/Fatal Frame Series

This Series has been such an amazing series and worthy for your horror collection
There is many stories with each game with some connections to the series.

But the concept is you go to a haunted place armed with The Camera Obscura and battle horrifying ghosts with it. It goes from 3rd person to when you bring your camera out to first person, and wow its truly a horror gem. The fact that they are remaking the 2nd one, and every time you play the game, you always find something new.

1. The Calling

Say what you will, this to me is and will be the scariest game I ever played, and it was on the Wii out of all the things.
The game revolves around The Black Page, a mysterious website with a counter showing, supposedly, the number of people who have died from visiting the website.
So it’s a fps game you use your Wii to not only look around, but use it as a phone while Ghost Contacting you. You will be in an area called the monic abyss between the living and the dead.

So I never experienced the 4th wall-breaking games till this, and in a short story, once you complete it the first time, the story changes when you play with loads of new ghosts and of course the girl in red.

When you see her and quit the game, she will leave you a message on the wii saying she is coming to see you. seriously i was playing Mario one day, and when I quit the game, I got a letter in the Wii menu, and it was her telling me she knows where I am.

So much stuff is on this game, and exploring was amazing, worth every penny, and happy hunting finding this game.
