Rules:

• More admins will be added as the community grows (Level Check staff have priority)

PvP:
All PGN servers are PvP-based. Early deaths, ambushes, and unexpected fights are normal parts of gameplay. Make allies or enemies — the choice is yours.

Roleplay:
Roleplay is welcome and encouraged for players who enjoy it.

Recording & Streaming:
If you create content on any Level Check server, please credit us by including our Discord link or community name in your video or stream details so others can find us.

🚫 We’re not affiliated with Hytale Studios Canada or the official dev team.
🐞 If you’ve got a game bug to report (or want to complain about one), please send it to the developers, not our staff.

📜 Server Rules

🛑 1) No griefing
Don’t break, steal, or mess with other people’s builds or items.

🤝 2) Help others when you can
If someone’s new or stuck, give them a hand when you can.

🎉 3) Have fun
Enjoy the server — just don’t ruin it for anyone else.

😊 4) Be respectful
No harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, or toxic behavior.

🕵️ 5) Don’t impersonate staff or devs
No pretending to be a mod/admin or an official Hytale developer.

📩 6) Got a problem? Tell us the right way
Email us or open a 🎫 support ticket on Discord. Don’t turn chat into an argument.

⚖️ 7) Bans aren’t random
We only ban when there’s a solid reason and evidence.

🧼 8) Keep it family-friendly
Keep your language and content clean — no swearing, slurs, or anything inappropriate.

⚖️ How Punishments Work

Since the game is new and we’re still learning what tools are available, we keep things fair and flexible. We’ll handle issues based on severity, intent, and repeat behavior.

✅ If we can rollback/restore damage, we will.
If the game doesn’t support rollback yet, we’ll do what we can (replacing items/builds where possible), but we can’t promise everything can be restored.

🛑 Griefing

• Small/accidental damage → Warn + fix/rollback if possible

• Intentional or repeated → Kick or temp ban

• Big griefing / clear malicious intent → Permanent ban

😊 Respect / Harassment

• Minor rudeness → Warn

• Ongoing drama or targeting someone → Mute or kick

• Hate speech, serious harassment, threats → Instant ban

🕵️ Impersonation (staff/devs)

• “Joke” but confusing → Warn

• Doing it to trick people → Kick or temp ban

• Doing it to scam/abuse trust → Permanent ban

📩 Support & Complaints

• Posting issues in chat after being told → Warn

• Keeps going → Mute

• Won’t stop → Kick

🧼 Family-friendly rules

• Minor slip-up → Warn

• Repeated or directed language → Mute

• Inappropriate content / slurs → Kick or ban

🔨 Usual progression

Most situations go: Warn → Mute → Kick → Temp Ban → Perm Ban
But serious stuff can skip steps.
