Advertising Terms & Conditions

These Advertising Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the purchase, submission, display, and management of advertisements on platforms owned or operated by Level Check Studios (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting payment for advertising services, the advertiser (“Advertiser,” “you,” or “your”) agrees to be legally bound by this Agreement.

1. Advertisement Submission & Ownership

1. The Advertiser represents and warrants that all advertising materials submitted, including but not limited to images, text, branding, and external links (“Ad Content”), are owned by the Advertiser or used with proper authorization.

2. The Advertiser grants Level Check Studios a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute the Ad Content solely for the purpose of fulfilling the advertising campaign.

3. The Advertiser accepts full legal responsibility for the Ad Content and its compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights.

2. Quality Standards & Approval Rights

1. All advertisements are subject to manual review and approval at the sole discretion of Level Check Studios.

2. Advertisements must meet professional quality standards and must not be:

   • Low resolution, blurry, distorted, or poorly formatted

   • Misleading, deceptive, or false in representation

   • Offensive, defamatory, or harmful to users or the platform

3. Level Check Studios reserves the unrestricted right to reject, suspend, or remove any advertisement at any time if it is deemed non-compliant or harmful to platform integrity.

4. If an advertisement is rejected due to quality issues prior to placement, the Advertiser shall receive a full refund within twenty-four (24) hours.

3. Ad Placement & Timing

1. Once payment is confirmed and the advertisement is approved, placement will occur within twenty-four (24) hours, excluding delays caused by incomplete or non-compliant materials supplied by the Advertiser.

2. Failure by Level Check Studios to place an approved advertisement within this timeframe shall entitle the Advertiser to a full refund.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

1. All payments and refunds are processed exclusively through PayPal.

2. Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used.

3. No refunds shall be issued for:

   • Advertisements removed due to policy violations

   • Advertiser-initiated cancellations after placement

   • Campaigns terminated as a result of fraud, abuse, or chargebacks

4. Refund eligibility and method are determined solely by Level Check Studios.

5. Downtime & Service Interruptions

1. If platform downtime occurs during an active advertising campaign, compensation shall be calculated based on the number of full calendar days the advertisement was unable to display.

2. Compensation may be issued as:

   • A prorated refund, or

   • An extension of the advertising period at no additional cost

3. Level Check Studios shall not be liable for downtime caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to hosting failures, third-party service outages, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.

6. Prohibited Content

Advertisements must not contain, promote, link to, or reference any of the following:

6.1 Illegal or Fraudulent Activity

• Cryptocurrency scams, rug pulls, pump-and-dump schemes, or unverified token offerings

• Ponzi schemes, pyramid schemes, or investment fraud

• Phishing attempts, malware, spyware, or deceptive software

• False claims of guaranteed income or financial returns

6.2 Adult & Explicit Content

• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or erotic material

• Adult services, escorting, or sexual solicitation

• Sexually suggestive imagery intended to arouse

6.3 Harmful or Abusive Content

• Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination

• Violence, threats, or extremist ideologies

• Promotion or encouragement of self-harm or suicide

6.4 Regulated or High-Risk Products

• Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia

• Unlicensed gambling or betting platforms

• Weapons, explosives, or firearm accessories

6.5 Misrepresentation & Impersonation

• Impersonation of individuals, brands, or organizations

• False endorsements or misleading affiliations

• Counterfeit, pirated, or stolen goods

Violation of this section will result in immediate ad removal without refund and may lead to a permanent advertising ban.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

1. Initiating a chargeback or PayPal dispute without first contacting Level Check Studios constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

2. Upon chargeback initiation:

   • The advertisement will be immediately terminated

   • The Advertiser will be permanently prohibited from future advertising

3. Level Check Studios reserves the right to contest chargebacks and recover associated damages.

8. Limitation of Liability

1. Level Check Studios shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from advertisement placement or removal.

2. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected advertising campaign.

9. Indemnification

The Advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Level Check Studios from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Ad Content violations

• Legal or regulatory non-compliance

• Third-party claims related to advertising materials

10. Policy Modifications & Termination

1. Level Check Studios reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time.

2. Continued use of advertising services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

3. Advertising campaigns may be terminated at any time for policy violations.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which Level Check Studios operates.
